- Process Circles:
The objective of a Process Circle is to provide an avenue for removing blocks that restrict complete embodiment. Complete embodiment allows you to live fully in a purposeful life. By sitting in self-awareness the unconscious is brought to consciousness. To be conscious is to be fully aware of how you are organizing your experience.
The intention of a Process Circle is to create a safe, loving space in which each participant is free to explore and experience one's unconscious life and heal past wounds through awareness, reflection, expression and understanding.
The participants have two roles:
1) Participants have the opportunity to sit in self-awareness. In this seat of awareness, there is an allowing of self-unfoldment. The facilitator helps to keep the awareness connected to bodily sensation. Through dialogue and imagery, tissue memory is allowed to come forth. The facilitator asks questions and holds space so that the participant can come to an understanding of what is happening in the body. Unresolved issues that the body is holding can then be brought to resolution, freeing the body from unconscious holding patterns.
2) As one person is working with the facilitator, all other participants are holding a loving, intentional space. They also sit in awareness of what is going on with them in regard to bodily sensation.
- The Flow of a Circle
Step #1 A circle begins with an intention to ground and become deeply centered into the body. Grounding: Grounding means that you feel yourself fully connected to the Earth. You become connected to your body. You feel anchored and sure of yourself.Centering into the Body: The center core of your body is where you originate. It follows the line of the central nervous system. To become centered means that you draw your attention and energy toward the center. You are then able to relax inside yourself. This is actually the goal of Processing - to become firmly centered in yourself so that nothing external can pull you off balance.
Step #2 Each person will have the opportunity to sit in self-awareness to explore the natural process of unfoldment.
Step #3 Each group participant will then be given the opportunity to express how the person's process effected them. We are all connected and reflect each other's wounds. This relational reflection allows deeper understanding of ourselves giving us greater opportunity to heal our past wounds. Wounding happened in relationship, so therefore, must be healed in relationship.
- Holding a Neutral Space:
An intentional space held for healing is a neutral space. A neutral space is held by becoming grounded, centered and holding a broad field. Holding a broad field simply means to expand your awareness. A neutral space is held without judgement. A neutral space is an allowance of "what is" to simply "be". All matter, emotion and thought is energy. When all energies are free-flowing, one has a tendency toward health and well being. This is the space we want to hold for each other.
- Clear Understandings:
Remember, the goal is to bring the unconscious to consciousness. Energy is the substance of form. Thought + emotion is the creator of form. There isn't anything that is not energy. So every repressed, blocked thought or emotion is a part of your creative energy field. If you want to consciously create your experience then you have to clear the way. You know the way is clear when there is no more struggle and it just "Is". To clear your creative field you have to know what is in it. You know what is in it through self-awareness. Once you know what is in your field you then are free to release it, change the focal point and create consciously. You change your vibration so that you can attract what you want into your life.
To gain clear understandings:
1) One must always speak from the "I" point of view.
2) Bring all reflections and projections back to your self.
3) Bring all process experiences to a Gestalt statement. A Gestalt statement is a precise point of clarity that causes an energetic shift to happen with in the body.
- VIBRATE WHAT YOU WANT
To vibrate what you want you need to first of all be clear as to what it is that you do want. This may actually be a processes. You do this through awareness as well. Sometimes it is a weeding out process of knowing what you don't want. It is also a process of becoming clear as to what the true motivation is for what you think that you want. True heart desire is only motivated by love, nothing else. When you are in touch with and can hold this pure "in love with" feeling deep into your belly then you know you are vibrating what you want.
